AJETO glassworks has been known since the 1990s as a multicultural place where prominent world glass artists, designers, architects and artists of all kinds meet. At the local glass works with a seven-pot furnace in its centre, they work together on projects of various kinds and scope – from unique works, which are produced only in one piece, numbered and limited editions, to unique giant projects such as lights, and installations for modern architecture, or to collections of glass objects produced in several thousands of pieces...

In a very original way, the local glass centre AJETO Nový Bor links together the art of glass with the art of gastronomy; and what is more, there is a gallery, museum of modern art and glass, and professional glass school to complete that.
