Bořek Šípek’s Glassworks Anežka started its operation in Nový Bor on 30^th March, 2012. It was a dream come true for this famous designer and with his team of glassmakers that he had been cooperating with since 1982, he plunged into new work. Anežka is a place where original glass designed by Bořek Šípek is still made. His reputation not only reaches out of the Czech borders, but European as well. His glass is admired by lovers of modern art and original design everywhere in the world. It has its place in households of the most demanding customers and is represented in collections of many international museums. The glassworks cooperates with other artists, designers, architects or students that bring their i deas to life here; however, it would not be possible without many years of experience and skills of our glassmakers.
